  • Captain William "Cole" Sisler

    Capt. Cole is the captain of Motor-Yacht Kemosabe. He joined us in December of 2022. He has been a USCG licensed captain for over 10 years and has navigated the waters from Georgia all the way to the Turks and Caicos Islands. His licenses and certifications consist of his USCG 200-ton Master Near Coastal Captains License with endorsements in STCW95, Radar Observer Unlimited, HELM-M, MEDPIC (Medical Person In Charge), and Marine Radio Operator. He is also a certified Divemaster with additional certifications in Public Safety diving as he also assists local Police & Fire Departments in diving operations. He has 14 years in the yachting industry and was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. His yachting background has been in multiple positions on vessels ranging from 60ft to 130ft motor yachts. His maritime experience also includes marine salvage, recreational and commercial scuba diving as well as yacht engineering. He is knowledgeable in the areas of South Florida, The Bahamas, and Parts of the Caribbean. Cole is described as a captain who is safety focused, detail oriented, fun, communicative and prepared. He also strives on making a fun and enjoyable work environment for his crew so that their positive attitude is reflected toward the guests. He enjoys diving, freshwater fishing and spending time with his wife, 2 sons and his dog during his time off.

  • 1st Mate Nicolas Gonzalez

    Nico is the 1st Mate onboard Motor-Yacht Kemosabe. He joined us in October of 2024. Nico was born in Boca Raton, Florida. Being raised in the neighboring town Deerfield Beach, Nico grew up on the water. Most of his childhood activities involved the water; and after years of boating, surfing, and fishing, Nico decided to pursue his passions and dive into the yachting industry. Nico worked for 4Ocean ( A global company that focuses on keeping our ocean clean and free of trash) for years before obtaining his USCG 100 Gross Ton Captains License. His love for boats translates through his extensive knowledge of a variety of vessels; and his charismatic personality allows for anyone to feel comfortable with him. In Nico’s free time he enjoys golfing with friends, spending time with his family or taking his 2 dogs on the boat to the local sandbars.

  • Chief Stewardess Kat O'Brien

    Kat is the Chief Stewardess onboard Motor-Yacht Kemosabe. She Joined us in Apirl of 2021. Kat was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Public Relations and Hospitality Management. Post college she started her professional career as a special event and wedding planner, which eventually led her to yachting. Her love for the ocean brought her to Fort Lauderdale, which she now calls her forever home.

  • 2nd Stewardess Leah Chapin

    Leah is the 2nd Stewardess on board Kemosabe. She joined us in October of 2022. Leah was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and at an early age she relocated to Walla Walla Washington. There she grew up raising and showing her livestock in her small country town. After 15 years of farm life she graduated from Walla Walla High School in June of 2022. Soon after graduation Leah packed her bags to follow her dreams to travel. She found herself in Florida and couldn’t be happier exploring her new life as a boat girl.

  • Chef Justin Kurth (Primary Freelance Chef)

    Hi, I'm a yacht chef who’s lucky enough to combine my love for fresh, seasonal cooking with my passion for travel and adventure. I've spent years creating memorable dining experiences on yachts and private estates across North America and Europe, always aiming to bring joy to the table with each dish I prepare.

    Whether I’m crafting a simple, elegant breakfast for two or planning a multi-course feast for fifty, I pour my heart into every meal, focusing on locally-sourced ingredients and beautiful presentation. My journey has also taken me into kitchen design and culinary consulting—anything that elevates the dining experience for my guests. I’m a Johnson & Wales-trained chef who believes that food should be as exciting and enjoyable as the journey itself!

    Chef Abigail Pawlik (Primary Freelance Chef)

    Abigail Caddy, originally hailing from The Hamptons, is affectionately known as the mayor of Sag Harbor and a self-appointed menu critic. Chef Abby joined Motor-Yacht Kemosabe in February of 2023. Her culinary journey commenced at the age of 14, teaching farm-to-table cuisine to children and paving the way for her career as a private chef. At 24, Chef Abigail made the transition to Florida, diving into the world of Yacht Chef. In her initial two years, she garnered accolades like the Best in Show at the Newport Charter Show in 2019, drawing inspiration from her loved ones for award-winning creations such as "New England seafood and grits.” In the wake of the 2020 pandemic, which sent shockwaves through the world and maritime life, Chef Abigail ventured into freelancing, enriching her expertise across diverse palates and cuisines. In September 2022, alongside her husband Gavin Caddy, she founded Curated by Caddy. Just a month later, in October, Chef Abigail showcased her skills on Food Network's Chopped, earning the title of Chopped Champion in the episode "Too Yacht To Handle," Season 55, Episode 9. Specializing in land and sea catering, chef placement, meal prep, and events, Chef Abigail and Gavin seamlessly navigate the culinary seas, all while she continues to travel on yachts, crafting unforgettable menus for their discerning guests.
